Now, to be honest, most Models and Photographers never use paperwork. But, with my traumatic experiences as a Freelance Model, I have to insist Freelance Models, unprotected by a mother agency, use this template or some version of it. Too many times did Photographers ask me to get naked, invite people to our shoots I didn’t know were joining us, not provide a changing area, leave me to do all the photo edits myself, inappropriately touch me, withhold raw images for months, and even threaten me etc…
